Graham Hugh Gordon Lee was born on November 29,1991. He had two older sisters Shannon and Kristen who were very loving and protective of their little brother. His mother Carol has always loved him deeply and they will always share a special bond. When he was 2 the family moved to Barrie, Ontario which brought him closer to his grandparents and extended family. Graham spent the next twenty years living and growing up near the lake in Barrie. There he made many close school friends, learned how to play hockey, soccer, bike and sail. He was a gifted athlete and a bright star for many of his teams.
The visits to his Grandparents and his Aunts and Uncles were some of his favorite and most treasured moments. Attending the large family dinners or listening to his Grandfathers slide show presentations brought him real joy in the sharing of love.
In his early twenties he joined his sister and father on the west coast to try and start a new chapter of his life. Over the years he experienced ziplining in Whistler, Bungee jumping, hiking up mountainous trails, the wilderness pools of Hot Springs Cove, the beauty of Long Beach camping and the excitement of seeing Orcas several times. His love of animals and nature was always strong, especially for the family pets; Jodie, Oscar, Allie & Walter.
Graham had many interests but he loved movies and actors in particular. He could watch Tarantino or Scorcese movies over and over again and find something new and interesting everytime. He also was constantly reading and had several books open that he was enjoying.
He was his fathers best friend who joined him many times for kayaking, golfing and sailing. There was nothing better than spending a morning together watching a Formula One Race or an evening of Seahawks football. Together they made many cross country road trips including an 8000 km journey through the states which was one of the highlights of his life. He would talk about his memories of the Florida Keys, the Alamo, the Carlsbad Caverns and Hearst Castle for years after.
One summer he experienced a week long sailing trip up the Sunshine Coast with his father which was one of the best trips of both their lives. It was a very special bonding event that will remain in their memories forever.
He was loved unconditionally by his entire family and he will remain in their hearts for eternity.
